The lower your health the more healing you get from scarab, and I don't see this listed as intended use anywhere.
In the sandbox if I lower my health to almost zero Scarab heals for 157, if I'm at half health it heals for me 83, the higher your health the less healing you get.
Not sure if this intended or just not explained.
It also appears this heal is not affected by Healing Booster.
