I'm not sure if it was intentionally removed or not but I noticed the tracker (1x, 2x, 4x, 8x) was removed with the latest patch. It's still there for creeps and towers but for enemy heroes its missing. I personally found it easier to track Djinn's Mark with the tracker than the circle on top so I hope its returning since the circle is quite small and harder to read from a distance.
