Mirage Djinn's Mark Bug?

Hi, testing out Mirage in sandbox, and are you supposed to be able to spam 3 to consume Djinn's Mark with no cooldown? You can activate it by pressing 3 after every shot and very quickly kill an enemy.

I noticed this as well and came to ask about it.

But then I saw a new patch and it looks like they've already changed it to 3 second CD.

This cooldown is still affected by reduction items though, so you can get it back there with the right items.

That answers if it was intentional to be able to proc it then, still feels very strong as I can kill an npc Abrams with just 1 magazine and headshot booster procing the ability twice, but that's balance issue, do mods lock solved threads?
