After a Yamato in my game complained that I was killing her when she pressed ult despite it going on cooldown, I tested in sandbox with a friend and we found that when Yamato activates her ult, the "clear all debuffs" effect clears the Djinn mark and this activates it dealing the damage before the ults invincibility kicks in. Just tested again and debuff remover also deals the damage when you remove the mark. Unsure if this is intentional so posting bug report to be safe.
