Mirage and Omnicharge Pendant

When imbued on his scarabs they don't refill anymore and can't use them for rest of game

Bumping this up, issue still persists. Once Omnicharge signet is imbued onto Mirage's Scarabs, the ability will show as having six total charges, while only having the original 4 full. After using those four charges, the ability will never refill any charges, leaving the skill unusable.
