basically as title says
sometimes they do sometimes they don't
and it seems very inconsistent
i know spellslinger says "while in-combat" and that's how i am testing it
if i shoot enemy first and then use his abilities then they somewhat trigger spellslinger
his Djinn's mark still doesn't, Traveler too
but even if i hit enemies with his damaging abilities it seems to not trigger "in-combat" and spellslinger doesn't give stacks
