[Minor] Stuck Under Concrete While Grappling to Zipline

When grabbing the zipline with just barely enough space and moving such that an object will be between you and the zipline, character still "grabs the zipline" and gets stuck. Jumping off works fine.
Seems similar to a few past bug reports, but not exactly the same.
