Minion wave not moving due to enemy minion stuck on overhang.

Enemy minion was stuck in a cage on top of an overhang in purple lane. Making friendly minions unable to move forward cause they wanted to focus the minion that was stuck.

I have seen this behaviour before, instead the minion was stuck at hostile base entrance (stuck in "wrapper").

They sometimes fall down and stay in their cage, and the lane is stuck because the minions cannot kill it until you hit it
