Minion Pathing issues - multiple

So far I've seen multiple problems with the lane creeps which is making the laning phase feel a lot less consistent. Issues I've seen:

1. Scarlet hand blue lane - minions get stuck right after the walker. This is a double edged problem as it actually gives the scarlet team extra heals from a safe position but it also prevents creeps from naturally pushing forward.

2. Creeps sometimes run backwards for no reason

3. Creeps get stuck on bridges for a while

4. Creeps on the outer lanes behave erratically. Especially the ones on the inner side of the map where they move around the stairs (urn section) and walk around aimlessly.

5. Just today I saw a creep walk all the way around the guardian and through the veil to try to attack the walker despite the guardian still being up.
 
Here is an example of creeps walking backwards: Game time 3:55, lane mcginnis vs infernus. Saphire creeps start going backwards with no visible reason, they walk back behind the tower and then return to normal pathing. Match ID: 20327255
 
I have a few examples of creep pathing needing a review.
  1. Recently had a creep get stuck and swirled on the spot in our large camp. (Screenshot provided)
  2. Creeps regularly go through the block in the middle of the steps in blue and green lanes, on both sides. (always forget to screenshot).
  3. Stuck in base (screenshot provided)
In general I think creep pathing can be quite clunky, they have issues with hitboxes when shot on the rope, get stuck and rarely walk together even though displayed so in the minimap.

Update screenshots.

With the 7 image, he was stuck on the stairs spinning where my crosshair is, ended up moving after a good period

Bump and update.

Update on the above: I haven't noticed them getting stuck in the base as much. My comment above where that middle section is between the stairs creeps tend to get stuck in there only showing their head.

I've noticed there are a few times where the lanes have been pushed up but there is a single creep stuck in a weird location (See the image attached) this is the building above the basement next to Green Lane.) Creep remains stuck there for several runs until killed, no doubt providing the enemy minimap vision in that area as well.
