To set a baseline, if you are reasonably close to an enemy hero, and you are looking at that hero with no obstacles, that enemy hero will show on your minimap.
Let (A) indicate a hero on the Amber Hand team.
Let (S) indicate a hero on the Sapphire Flame team.
Let |V> indicate a Vale. A hero on the left side of the Vale symbol will be looking into the transparent (rainbow) side of the Vale.
ex: (A) |V> (S) -- This indicates that a hero from the Amber Hand team is looking through the transparent side of the Vale (they can see the rainbow pattern)
Expected Behavior:
(A) |V> (S): Amber Hand team can see the Sapphire Flame hero on their minimap. Silver Flame team cannot see the Amber Hand hero on their minimap.
(S) |V> (A): Sapphire Flame team can see the Amber Hand hero on their minimap. Amber Hand team cannot see the Silver Flame hero on their minimap.
Current Behavior:
(A) |V> (S): Amber Hand team can see the Sapphire Flame hero on their minimap. Sapphire Flame team can see the Amber Hand hero on their minimap.
