This is just a minor visual issue I've picked up that really is only apparent when walking in any direction (mainly forwards and diagonally). I've attached a short clip below of the issue, look near her handbag to see where her underlying clothes are clipping out of the dress. This issue doesn't seem to happen whenever Mina is doing any other movement abilities such as dashing/air dashing and gliding with her umbrella. I'm guessing this is because the dress has cloth movement animations for the aforementioned dashing and gliding, which it seems to be lacking for anything walking related (or if they are present they're nearly imperceptible).
