Mid Lane Stairs targeting bugged - Sinclair vexing bolt and other skills

getting this weird interaction while using vexing bolt near both sets of mid lane stairs.

When throwing Conjure Dragon at most stairs, there is about a chance that the dragon will end up going backwards or even clipping into the floor. I find that it happens more often at the stairs near the spawns, and less commonly on the small set of stairs in the middle of the blue lane.

Thread 'Sinclair assistant disappearing when placed by a wall on stairs'

When sinclair places his assistant on an incline near a wall, it will put his assistant on cooldown and the assistant disappears.

Here's a clip with some examples. I know there's no CD enabled, but it will put the assistant on cooldown and the assistant disappears, making it useless.
