This item would provide an,area buff every time someone on your team dies nearby.

3000 cost weapon damage item : Revenge Aura

+15% ammo
+5 spirit

Passive : if a teammate dies within 30m of you , provides all friendly heroes within 30m of you weapon damage and spirit for 12 seconds ; the effect is tripled if you are the last hero alive on your team. Stacks.

Conditional : +15% weapon damage , +15 spirit.

This item would provide high value during intense teamfights where both teams suffer losses , but be less effective if your team is split pushing. Gives you a better chance to finish enemies off if your team narrowly lost the teamfight.
 
Stacking + Tripled sounds bit excessive, even if it's only for 12 seconds...
If entire team dies, assuming additive stacking, that'd be
+75% weapon damage and +75 spirit, even without stacking, and then trippled due to solo bonus into
+225% weapon damage and +225 spirit, that's definetely bit excessive. And it's ofc assuming the team fight

It does sound like a real good buff. But I mean we also got Glass cannon.

It's a pretty solid idea. Should maybe go a bit down in stats though, but could allow a character to excel in 1vX if the situation came to it.

Except:
Glass Cannon is 6300 item that gives you -max HP and activates buff only if you can manage to get a killstreak, otherwise you lose stacks.
This item turns losing into almost certain win in most cases. You don't need any other items, just stack tankiness, get that 3000 item and bully another team while invulnerable with unstoppable/metal skin.

My intent was that the tripled part would only apply to the last stack that you get , so you could get at most +60% weapon damage / +60 spirit from the first 4 dead teammates and then +45% weapon damage / +45 spirit from the last dead teammate , so +105 at most.

Yea. It could work out as a 6300 item if you also reduce the buff a bit. Making it a less obvious choice but still a durable one that could contend in some situations.

Let's say it Stacks, but only 5 times and a stack gets removed after 10 / 20 seconds. When your teammates have revived the buff is gone and they still need to be close by when they die for it to activate

So 75% Damage bonus and lets put it down to 10 spirit so 50 spirit etc.
