Inspired by dota 2's legion commander old aghanim scepter effect , this item would let you focus an enemy in the middle of their team.
3000 cost weapon item : Duel Focus
No item requirements
+12% weapon damage
+4 spirit
Active : select an enemy player within 30m (can be increased with improved reach) who has no less than 40% health to make them your duel target. For the next 8 seconds , or until you or your target dies , all damage taken not from your duel target or that you deal to someone else than your duel target is negated ; the same applies to your duel target. If either player dies during that time , the survivor receives a permanent buff of +2% weapon damage and +2 spirit. Little crossed swords icons would show up above the 2 duelling players.
40 seconds cooldown.
Some heroes like wraith and vindicta would have great synergy with this item , while for others (and items like ricochet) it might become counterproductive when used as area of effect damage would be negated. Note that others' disables would still work , only raw damage is blocked.
