after the new update, each time a hero uses an ability for the first time, whether my own or another players, i'll get a micro stutter. never happened before this patch.

This has been a thing for me since I switched to vulkan by the end of the year after this shader prewarm issue cropped up in november. It is consistently bad after each update but noticeably worse after the current patch, where first load into hideout took around 10 minutes, and stutters continued for quite a while after.
after a while of playing with effects heavy abilities (black hole, smoke bomb, etc etc) in sandbox, games run very well and the hideout sits averaging 125-150fps on max settings

This just cropped up for me in the latest patch, dx11 windows, 2080 ti, i5-12600k 32gb 4800mhz ddr5

Wanted to bring this thread up again. I just started the game an notices this is happening to me as well. Every time I start up the game and go into hideout and use a skill, the game would stutter the first time that skill was used. Then swap over to a different hero, same thing. Again, after the first time, things generally looks fine.
