Metal skin doesn't *actually* give bullet immunity

All metal skin activation does is provide 100% resistance to bullets. This is nowhere close to 'immune to bullets' as described in the tooltip. There are many, many sources of bullet resistance reduction in game and the way the math works out they all have increased value vs high sources of resistances.

Either actually make it so it gives like 300% bullet resistance or change the description to something more accurate like "increase bullet resistance by 100%"
