The Brawl menu, settings menu, and post-game menu make my fps drop. Seeing around a 20fps-30fps loss.

Also I don't know if you're targeting 120fps for systems around my specs but it's not possible to hit anymore without relying on FSR rendering quality. Around 90fps is what I can hit atm. (I haven't tested if I could get a smooth 120fps changing FSR settings though. CS2 is easier to hit 120fps on, this same PC can get 120fps in upcoming Marathon and I realize there's not as much going on in that game.
