Memory leak

Every time I play the game the first match or two goes well performance wise. After that however. The game drops dramatically. Frames and sluggish stutters. It always happens after a couple games. My PC is brand new and fairly decent. I've noticed it gets even worse once the pace of the game picks up near end-game. The faster ppl are moving around, the worse it gets. Playing to my potential is only ever possible during my first game. Then I have to restart after every game or end up pausing.

It feels more like a memory leak than anything. It's not over heating hardware or any other program. This pc has only 3-4 other games, and is otherwise brand new/standard with no additional programs operating.

It fixes itself after I either restart my game or my pc. Sometimes getting so bad that pc restart is required.

It's happening on multiple pcs. ( Both Nvidia and AMD )
Always ramps up the more we play in one setting. Usually 1-2 games kicks it off.
No other programs running.
FPS begins to drop slowly.
My max fps is 70, eventually goes to 40-50.
No temperature or hardware issues.
32gb of ram.
No background downloads or steam downloads.
Internet tests fine.
Deadlock takes up more memory in task.

Without proving information about your system and specs no one will be able to assist you.

I can buy a "Brand new PC" that only has 4 GB of ram and guess what, it wont work correctly while playing games like this.

Please list specific information so someone can support and help you.

Incorrect, memory leaks have nothing to do with hardware and it is common knowledge now that there was a memory leak introduced 7 weeks ago, there are many threads on the topic. It's a software issue, and Valve need to plug the leak but have yet to do so for some reason.

I get around 10-20 fps when I'm in team fights, 30 fps when I'm getting closer to the middle of the map. Being on the edges of the map and on the roofs it seems to stabilize to 60-100+, but drops to 30 as soon as I look towards the middle.
However sometimes it stays 30-40 fps the whole game, the game has worked fine before but gotten worse in performance each patch.
I've been testing around with the settings which didn't fix the issue, it feels more like a memory leak to me.

Be more wrong.

"feels like a memory leak" why not just open task manager and check then? Thread is kinda pointless without more info like specs and how much resources you're using during first game -> 3rd or 4th game where it's feeling worse
