Here is your "swordsman" 
Completely crazy French baker, very powerful in mele combat with great range thanks to his overcooked Baguette but especially thanks to his artisanal flour (we hope it's flour) which only he has the secret
Ranged weapon : submachine gun similar to a completely floured MAT 49 with a medium to high rate of fire.
Melee weapon : A big rolling pin.
ABILITY 1 : BAG OF FLOUR : The Mad Baker throws a large bag of special flour which only he has the secret, in the face of the enemy which blinds him suddenly...
