[Mechanic Concept] Unlocked Camera Verticality for Flip Movement

This is more a shower thought than fully-fleshed concept, but it would be cool if there was a character who could continuously tilt their camera vertically to perform a flip, allowing them to fire upside-down.

There could also be abilities that are only accessible in this state or other modifiers to the initial kit.
