McGinnis ult is game-breakingly bugged at the moment.

For some reason ultimate can break after several seconds of use and stop shooting/dealing actual damage while only continuing to make noise and visual effects. The target area completely disappears as well as any damage that it's supposed to provide. That glitch is not constant but I can get it 2 or 3 times per game now. These are 2 examples from the last game I've had. Match ID is 58090814

i have also ran into this bug alot, the ult will work for abit then just suddenly stop working
