McGinnis Turrets not spawning Orbs....also probably a Vindicta Cheater

killing McGinnis towers doesn't spawn orbs anymore? Is Differed damage the cause of death, and therefore no orb is spawning?
Feels completely uncounterable in lane if you're not going to get a few extra souls from the towers anymore.
