McGinnis Medicinal Specter issues since 10.10.24 update

This update (10.10.24) seems to have broken McGinnis's Medicinal Specter sound effect (no sound at all), healing UI when you are healing teammates does not show up at all (their health does go up thankfully) and the final scoreboard at the end of the match does not reflect the healing done like prior to the 10.10.24 update. It seems it only calculates self healing.

I have noticed the same. healing done by the Medicinal specter often does not show up on the end game stats as well.

If the translation is good you said she does not heal herself. that is incorect she heals herself. it just doesnt show up in the endgame screen.

I'm having the same problem too and only with McGinnis because Ivy and Dynamo are not showing this problem.
