The targeting circle pulled up for Heavy Barrage seems very inaccurate. This seems mostly caused by slightly different height between mcginnis and the target. In both cases I would expect if a target is within the red circle and there's nothing obstructing the rockets (ie. they land on the ground within the circle) any highlighted targets would take damage.
