McGinnis' heal hitbox is bugged around the edges

McGinnis' heal will not heal around the edges if the radius is too large. See the linked clip below.

Testing it in sandbox right now; I think it has something to do with Conditional spirit power, from Arcane Surge and Spiritual Overflow

Edit: It also only occurs when you leave the medicinal specter and try to go back to get the buffs again
