Just played a bot match, had a mcginnis bot in the game that was able to ult every 10 seconds by the 8 minute mark, there's 0 possible way for it to have accumulated that much CDR with the standard bot build with only 7k gold. What made me quit the match was the bot using a ult, me escaping, it killing a teammate, me coming back less than 20 seconds later with full hp, bot only at 9k gold at this point, and it ults AGAIN. Not sure if there are special conditions that caused it, or if one of the minor patches in the last 24 hours jumbled something up, but it's something to look into incase it can be replicated in real games.
