As a Certified McGinnis Enjoyer, i play too much of her and commonly noticed that if i got hit with a paige ultimate i would A-pose into the air. While mildly amusing, it is still a bug. I tried to replicate it with other heroes but i think this is just a Paige issue. See attached video.
