ok my pc some time crash and i ave to get back in the game and anyways no matter wat i got a ban EVEN wen i got back in game and still got the ban this happends other 4 time whit 1 of this i couldn't reconnect cuz some reson i had the prompt for recconnecting but keep failing so naw even if i reconnecter 3 out of 4 my ban is 1 day and i literaly try to recconnect immidiatly but the game take to much to load and my pc can't handle to much process at the start so there is a way to reset the counter or even make some apeel in the game cuz i love this game and i hate i can't play till tomorrow.
