There are a lot of ways to build for high max heath, but it doesn't seem nearly as beneficial as building for resist and lifesteal. Adding items to give damage boosts based on max health at the cost of draining health would be interesting, effectively trading tankiness for damage.
Notes:
- These may be better as 3,000 items
- The bonus damage done should not proc healing like lifesteal or infernal resilience, as to not invalidate the drawbacks
- The weapon buff adds flat damage, so having low base weapon damage isn't an issue, and it hopefully won't break gun builds
- Probably needs more bonus stats, but idk what
