Most flat +ammo buffs were removed with the shop overhaul, but Kinetic Dash still has one with its temporary ammo buff. The temporary ammo it gives you also increases your max ammo count, and this buff is affected by buffs that increase your max ammo by a percentage.
Steps to reproduce bug:
- Buy Titanic Magazine (or any other +%max ammo items), Kinetic Dash, and Quicksilver Reload
- Dash jump to gain temporary ammo
- Expected behavior: Gain 8 ammo and 8 max ammo. Actual behavior: Gain 8 ammo and 15 max ammo.
- Erroneous extra max ammo can then be filled with Quicksilver Reload, giving you a potentially tremendous amount of ammo.
Because this uses flat +ammo this is especially beneficial for heroes that normally have relatively low base max ammo, such as Abrams, Calico, Holliday, Shiv, etc. On Abrams and Calico who normally have 9 max ammo, you can get a clip size of 33 with just those three items.
