Matchmaking Server Location Issue

Whenever I solo queue as an NA player I consistently end up in Amsterdam or London. Its extremely frusterating to play a team based fps game with 100+ ping as well as with teammates that unfortunately do not understand me well.

Have had the same issues, a few days ago I had two consecutive games located in Santiago, Chile. I am in Southern California, not SA; I can pull up the match IDs if needed. Had it route me to Amsterdam a few weeks ago, though I can't recall the exact match.

Yeah same here i've tried everything from cs server picker to the command override and nothing's working

Your router might be blocking the NA network so you'll have to open up those ports one way or another
