Matchmaking region selection

We usually play with a 4 man lobby and use region select from console to play in Europe, but the game often prioritizes Asia servers either for rank matching or for lobby size matching. This makes it unplayable since most of us are on high ping, and cannot even confirm our last hits.

Is there a way to prioritize server select instead of queue times?
