Matchmaking not finding the last player two times in a row. Not sure if it's a bug or an issue from that player's end.

I tried to find a game today, only to join and have the 6th player on my team not join. It's annoying to have to wait a minute doing nothing only to requeue again and have the same issue happen. It could be an unfortunate coincidence but it might be worth taking a look at it to check if it's from the game coordinator's side.
Match ids where this happened (2 games in a row for me): -544771 -544821
