Matchmaking is broken since the update, Screenshots Attached

I genuinely do not understand what is happening at the moment. I recently played a match as a premade group of two, one Emissary like myself and one Arcanist, and we were matched with two Initiates and a FIRST TIME player (drifter look at the screenshot).

What is going on with this matchmaking? The skill disparity in this lobby was extreme, and it was not an enjoyable experience for anyone involved. Matches like this are neither competitive nor fair.

First day player here, I won a 87mn (WTF?) medium bots game, then I gave Browl a try. I am being rolled on, no fun at all.
When I began Rocket League, 4000hrs ago, I was placed in bronze lobbies. It was extremely fun.
Don't you have beginner trash lobbies here ? Can you complete beginner lobbies with bots if necessary ?
I really want to enjoy the game, but if I play only to be rolled on, not even having the opportunity to understand what is happening to me, I will quit.

Matchmaking is so busted.... enemy team had multiple pages of matches, our poor Holliday was brand new this was their first match and they had no idea what to do, ended up on the wrong lane after first few deaths like WTF...

Devs, I think bad matchmaking is one the main reason a game fails to maintain a good playerbase. This was unpleasant.
At least, make an option to give up, like in rocket league, with team vote or something.
Plus, this is not RL, a bad match kills a good chunk of your day...
