Hello!

My deadlock client takes a little bit to boot-up but isn't usually an issue.

Today my game stopped responding after a match was found with a friend, I had to force close and re-open the game. Got into the match and played as normal though I noticed the game already had the notification that leaving the game early was allowed in spite of the match having just started with me loading into the game.

Played through the match like normal, and after it concluded I have been banned for a few hours. Was my issue force-closing the game being considered as abandonment? Moving forward...

I encountered a similar problem. My internet connection went out while searching for a match. It lasted for about a minute. I decided to reboot my PC because it needed software updates anyway. When I went into deadlock, I discovered that the match had been found and everyone was waiting for me. I managed to connect, but it seemed like at the last moment, while we were waiting, the countdown started. Everything was fine, but when we started leaving the line, a red message appeared saying you could leave the match, but it would count as a loss. I played the match to the end. Unfortunately, I didn't escape punishment, although it was very short (until 1.36 am). I'd suggest the team check if someone is excluded from the match search if their internet connection goes out. Looking at the forum, it seems like a common problem. And I would suggest the team to work on some mercy for those who returned to the game even though they were absent for some time, so that their teammates have a chance, because just today I myself won 5 in 6 (44773071)
