R ryu1nicol New member Nov 12, 2024 #1 I got penalty for matching Rank. When I entered the hero sandbox and at the same time Rank match matched. Then I was stuck at the hero sandbox. When I leave the sand box, I got penalty and not be able to be in que anymore. Please fix it asap.
