So basically when both teams kill their patron, they both technically win according to the gameplay, but not the results board.
Example:
Red teammates are in blue base and are about to kill the patron
Blue teammates are in red base and are about to kill the patron
Red teammates kill the blue patron, which causes the game to display that the red team won
But then the blue team also kills the red patron while the display is ongoing, and it resets the display and instead displays that the blue team won
Once the game ends, it's revealed that the red team wins.
I don't have any clips, but I saw it while I was in a match, and so did the other 10 (1 disconnected)
