Massive Stuttering playing Mo and Krill

Occasionally I will have periods of intense stuttering, only playing MnK, while my internet is fine. Frames go down to 1 FPS or so and the sound stutters in time with the frames. Some of the time the stuttering goes away after using Scorn, only for it to resume stuttering once Scorn is off cooldown again. This usually lasts a minute or two and goes away.

Happens to me too, especially after watching replay of my death (if I do so by accident) or watching a replay of an older game and then queue for another game.
