This account is getting boosted, there is a huge network of other accounts (go to players) who are associated with it. The owner of this account is not a good player, but the booster is either an eternus player or actually cheating, with a 98% winrate on Celeste.
You can easily tell when it is the booster and the boostee playing. This player, and this network of boosters are ruining games, and honestly given the stats they might even be cheating.
