Massive net jitter since 12/06 update

I have around 10-20 ping but am rubber banding all over the places since the update. The graph will show up in the top right sometimes with 200+ ms net jitter

I haven't had any problems with the other games I play

Ive been having issues too idk if it shows up on the replay but heres a match id of it happening towards the end 30276085

Hey I'd like to mention that the other day, we had an internet outage before it was announced and so I restarted my router, after the outage was resolved the lag disappeared. Either it had to do with the outage or restarting my router helped out. I'd try the latter if you can.
