Every time I go into a match, Deadlock (project8) in task manager starts downloading around 2Mbps+ and it severely lags my game. When I open the console in game, this line of text gets spammed:
a hierarchical child on the client but its parent 1553 was not networked to that client![Assert] C:\buildworker\citadel_rel_win64\build\src\game\shared\gamescenenode.cpp (1074) : AssertMsg Failed in function CGameSceneNode:
ostDataUpdate():m_hParent.IsValid() || m_hParent.IsNull()
So far I've tried:
1. Lowering FPS cap (didn't help)
2. Validating files (didn't help)
3. Reinstalling the game (was fine for one game, then it kept happening again)
4. Updating drivers (didn't help)
5. Using different networks (didn't help)
I have absolutely zero problems on other games, it's only deadlock that has this issue. Any help?
