Make a mafia character more focused on different cards abilites like TF from league. Fits in theme and can pretty much have movement similar to wraith but with more CC in the kit and less dmg than her. Could be more support/tank focus since the mafias dont have a tank

Idk if card magic is on theme for a mafia boss, seems like a big reach. But I do like the cartomancy aesthetic and the idea of something like twistes Faye's kit in this format.

Ye i was just thinking like a gambit style person with a TF kit so they would be shooting out like Queens of hearts and shit
