When in main menu FPS isn't capped, even though I have it set to cap at 120. I have an AMD gpu if that changes anything.
Edit: I found another thread from a few months ago, the culprit is AMD Anti-lag 2.0. But now I only get around 80 FPS in main menu, which isn't an issue, just strange given my machine is clearly capable of more than that
