I'm getting a glitchy main menu, when the game is in focus mode full-screen (borderless as well), the UI elements flicker.
I am using a 240Hz Monitor and the game is set to 1920x1080 240Hz
when the game is out of focus, IE Clicked onto a different monitor this doesn't happen.
it also doesn't happen while in windowed mode, or while using a recording software (in my case ShareX)
This only happens on the main menu.
It is especially bad in the settings menu
you can actually see parts of the main buttons behind the settings screen.
I feel like it's a framerate issue, if anyone has a setting I'm not seeing or a potential fix, let me know.
for reference I am using an RTX 3070 with updated drivers
