Magician/Sinclair vexing bolt does not redirect to crosshair

In-game skill description says

"Press 1 to redirect the bolt towards your crosshairs."

This is completely false. Any semblance of an enemy will get prioritized near the crosshair, meaning it does not get redirected towards your crosshair.

This is a flaw and completely hinders prediction shots on moving targets.
