- Activating the ability sometimes fires the first bolt immediately. Cannot replicate consistently.
- Earning a kill without any upgrades refunds one bolt. T3 kills refund two bolts. This is not communicated in the description of the ability.
- Earning a kill with the last available bolt ends the ability without refunding any bolts.
- [Minor UI bug] There is a 3s "time between charges" value in the ability description, equal to the value of Vexing Bolt. Items that decrease time between charges don't seem to have any effect.
