Unsure if intended, but assuming not. When Magician uses his hex on an enemy, his Paradox ult doesn't "hit" the hexed enemy, it just passes through. It wasn't working in Sandbox so I imagine it won't work in Hero Lab matches. Although it won't be his actual ult, I figured I would point it out for the sake of Hero Lab games in the mean time.
