Magic Carpet + zipline makes you permanently busy

I used the Magic Carpet item, and I accidentally started riding the zipline just before the Magic Carpet cast time finished. This resulted me being in a "Busy" state which makes you unable to use skills, even though I was not riding the zipline or the Magic Carpet.

This Busy state got fixed when I used Magic Carpet again.

Can confirm, happened to me as well when I was getting out of spawn. Started my carpet and accidentally latched onto the zipline, immediately exited it and was unable to use abilities but could fire, dodge, jump, etc. Riding the carpet again does fix it.
