Magic Carpet Disables All Skills/Items

Dying during the initial 1.3s summoning effect of magic carpet disables all abilities/items/punches on respawn. Dying again/being CCed does not restore ability access, but selling Magic Carpet does.

To replicate, just activate Magic Carpet just before dying.

It works, but this gets fixed simply by getting into a zipline and getting out of it
