1. you can activate it before and it still goes through dynamo and mo and krill ultimates.
2. using knockdown on someone on a carpet causes them to be stunned/heavily slowed for the entire duration of the carpet fly time.

only tested these in sandbox with a mimic so unsure if there's weird interaction with that.

Can confirm on #2. Turns into a ~5 second stun. The knockdown duration only starts when you hit the ground post-carpet.
